In this month’s TRUE Network Advisors webinar, the benefits attorneys of Maynard, Cooper & Gale, P.C. will discuss considerations for employers and employee benefits in the wake of the U.S. Supreme Court’s recent decision in Dobbs vs. Jackson Women’s Health Organization to overturn Roe v. Wade’s limitations on state laws regarding abortion. We will address implications of the decision on existing employee benefit plans and considerations for expanding or establishing benefits to cover various expenses related to abortion, including travel and lodging expenses for employees who live in states with laws prohibiting abortion.
